This term, Belong Gloucestershire Student Parliament have met each Friday morning to share their views on a variety of topics and provide feedback on both their own and the experiences of others as Belong students.

The focus of the term has been examining the purpose of policies and providing feedback on Belong Safeguarding, Child Protection and Behaviour policies and how we make them easier for students to interpret.

Student Parliament also made valuable contributions to the latest student voice, seeking student views on items such as the lunch menu, trips and visits, as well as work-related learning experiences.

We have also discussed ways in which to engage with and support the local community and have chosen to support Gloucester City Missions Winter Warmer Appeal and Gloucester Foodbank by collecting food donations from staff and students.
