To start the new academic year, all staff from both Belong Schools and the central team took part in a whole staff day focussed on relational practice.

Led by Anna and Tom from The Restorative Lab the session explored core values within the Belong Learning organisation and our school communities. In particular, we investigated the meaning of belonging within our schools, and the ways that this can be measured.
